All three of my wonderful children, who are young adults, are entering the final exam season. I’ve suggested they budget time for regular exercise. Sounds simple enough, but often we forget or elect to ignore the fact that regular exercise can mitigate the effects of stress by facilitating better sleeping patterns, burning calories, etc. Don’t make exercise complicated. Just remember to do it regularly, and try not to omit exercise from your busy schedule! The dividends are huge.
